Voice reference and information servic


The reference and information service is designed to automate the customer service of the company. The program uses a voice fax-modem to deliver voice menus to the customers. The principle of customer service is as follows: The customer calls at the telephone number to which the modem is connected, or the number of incoming PABX line. The modem puts the receiver and the customer is provided with a voice menu recorded by the client. Example: 

"Good afternoon. You call the reference and information service of Berlio company. To get the balance on account press 1. To get the sales report for the current month by fax press 2. To get the sales report for the preceding month by fax press '3'. To connect to the manager, please,dial '9'. "

To access the necessary information the customer, press the corresponding telephone key. Warning! The customer should dial all the numbers in tone mode. If the customer dials the landline number in pulse mode, it is necessary to press ’*’ preceding the first digit to switch your phone (fax) to tone dialing. The customer can dial all the digits during a pause or voice messages. The start menu is repeated several times with a preset pause. The number of repetitions and pause time are set in the program settings. If the customer does not press any key within the specified time, the client is connected to the manager (so as if he pressed the key '9'). If the pressed digit does not correspond to any function the clients is notified with "You made the wrong choice," and the menu will be repeated. When '9' is dialed, the client is connected to the manager. The phone number of the manager is specified in the program settings. This item is available only within the specified time, for example, business days only from 9.00 to 18.00. If '1' is selected the customer may dial five-digit number of the contract, thereafter he is reported on the balance of money under the contract. When '2' and '3' are selected the customer may dial a number of the contract, and press "#" key. Thereafter the customer can acquire the Sales Report for the current and prior periods by fax, respectively.
