OIL & CAPITAL. RAIL ROAD-TRACK SCALES

 The software "OIL & CAPITAL. RAIL ROAD-TRACK SCALES" allows you to receive information from electronic rail road-track scales and notify the operator when the vehicle is on the scales. The program is closely integrated with the program "Oil and Capital. Accounting" and allows you to keep records and prepare supporting documents based on these data. The program maintains operations with the scales both upon acceptance and shipment of the goods received. In addition the program allows you to use the scales as an additional checkout equipment (e.g. it is unacceptable to operate the scales for weight metering if the scales are not calibrated).

The program maintains weighing statically and dynamically (including automatic weighing of car groups in the formation). Due to the appropriate support of weighing equipment the program automatically detects the type of car, number of axles, train composition speed and many other values.

If the train composition has RFID-marks, the program automatically determines the number of cars, their railway registration and characteristics with no operator intervention.

The program displays tabular information for receipts and shipments separately. In addition to the table with current weighting values per shift the program allows you to view the weighing log over any selected period, as well as configure the electronic scales data. Supported equipment:

scales manufactured by CAS;

scales manufactured by MettlerToledo.

It is possible to connect any other of weight measurement to the program at the request of the customer. The program maintains operations with the weight measuring systems from different manufacturers connected simultaneously.
