OIL & CAPITAL. CHEMICAL LABORATORY

 The software "OIL & CAPITAL. CHEMICAL LABORATORY" is designed to automate the workflow of chemical laboratory of oil, oil product and liquefied hydrocarbon gas analysis.

THE PROGRAM AUTOMATES THE FOLLOWING PROCESSES:

Record of research orders under the contracts.

Preparation of the invoice (with cost calculation based on the specified prices) for rendered services as well as contract price sheet.

Preparation of sampling report.

Preparation of Test Report under the selected research as well as generation of Certificate of Quality and/or Certificate of Approval on the basis of the prepared report.

Preparation of Acceptance Certificate.

Record of all research information.

Preparation and printing of registers of issued documents and reports with different particularization and classification (by contractors, products, types of products, types of tests, etc.).

ADVANTAGES OF THIS PROGRAM:

Since a large number of quality indices are added to the program database, the operator (assistant chemist) only needs to select the desired quality parameter and specify its actual value.

Additionally, the program keeps the monitoring mode of selected quality parameters only, thus all measured and calculated quality parameters will be entered to the quality certificate as well as the quality parameters that have not been tested, but are listed in the quality certificate of the product supplier with a corresponding mark.

Automatic generation of all necessary documents allowing the operator (assistant chemist) not to spend time to prepare each document, verify information, etc.

The program supports the unlimited number of workstations.

At the request of the customer, the program can be integrated with laboratory measurement and research equipment (chromatographs, analyzers, etc.) simplifying the work of operator (assistant chemist) and saving time to prepare all the documents.

The program "OIL & CAPITAL. CHEMICAL LABORATORY" just as all the programs within the software package " OIL & CAPITAL" has the user authorization mechanism (name and password verification) eliminating the risk of data corruption by unauthorized persons. In addition, the program records all data changes.

Modern and user-friendly multi-window intuitive interface allows you to enter data as well as prepare and print all the necessary documents and records without special skills quickly and easily. The usability of the program allows the users with basic computer skills to read and get to work with the program within the shortest possible time (one to two hours).

The operator can simultaneously work with several documents, enter, edit and view miscellaneous documents, reports and reference documents.

All program functions are divided into groups. Each group has a list of actions that are typical for each group. For example, the functional group "Contracts" includes such actions as "Customers of chemical analyzes," "Contractors" and "Payments". This division of actions allows the operator to navigate without difficulty between documents, reports, reference documents, etc.

The information presented in the program covers almost all the activities of the chemical laboratories concerning the work flow. In addition, due to the integrated communication and data processing modules the information can be imported from the external sources (company offices, customers, etc.).

The logic of the program is implemented so as to simplify the operator's work as much as possible. Wherever possible, the program substitutes the data based on the preceding or reference values and calculates all amounts and taxes automatically. In addition, the program provides copying of documents and directory entries without necessity to re-enter the data.

SOFTWARE SHARING WITHIN THE SOFTWARE PACKAGE:

If the program is jointly used with other programs within the "OIL & CAPITAL" package the operation of record-keepers and loading operators is automated additionally since the information on product specification is used jointly by laboratory and operator of accounting software modules, so that the operator can print the quality certificate on site in the process of product issue and does not need to enter product specifications reported by the laboratory in paper form.

In this case, there is no need for paper correspondence between warehouse and laboratory providing increase of accounting efficiency and validity (since the warehouse operator uses the measured product specifications, for example, density with simultaneous data entry in the program "OIL & CAPITAL. CHEMICAL LABORATORY"instead of waiting the data from the laboratory and adding them to the accounting software).

ADVANCED SOFTWARE FEATURES:

In addition to the generation of all the necessary documents the program allows you to create and print a great number of reports on undertaken research and issued documents, namely:

Reports (quantitative and financial) on undertaken research for the selected period of time with classification and additional filtering by product, type of product, type of research and contractors.

Registries of prepared and issued documents (invoices, sampling reports, test reports, quality certificates, acceptance certificates and VAT invoice with filtering and classification by contractor, product, type of product, type of research);

Graphs and diagrams of research statistics in quantitative and monetary terms with classification by products, types of product, types of research and contractors.

In addition to the local report session when the reports are viewed on one of the computers in the local network, the program also supports report session. For this session with a corresponding connection, the reports can be viewed on computers anywhere, thereby installation of any additional software on the computer to view reports is not required. Any standard browser integrated into the operating system is enough. As against the remote workstation, this session is optimized specifically to view reports (low and compressed traffic, fast display of information even for slow links).

The software "OIL & CAPITAL. CHEMICAL LABORATORY" allows you to synchronize data with the software of other companies (such as "1C"), upload the data on the undertaken research and issued documents in different formats (dbf, xml, etc.), and send this information to the customer's office by e- mail, HTTP and FTP.

Monitoring of received products discharged to tanks, monitoring of actual remaining quantity in tanks and warehouses;

Monitoring and management of oil, oil products, liquefied gas and other liquid products loaded in oil tank trucks and rail tank cars via automatic loading system (ALS), and monitoring of pipeline transportation;

Monitoring and management of oil, oil products, liquefied gas and other bulk products discharged from oil tank trucks, rail tank cars via ALS as well as pipelines;

Monitoring of process equipment.

SCALABILITY

Automation laboratory. Preparation of contracts, invoices, acceptance certificates, price sheets, quality certificates, sampling reports, test reports. Accounting of rates for chemical analysis and laboratory studies both by type of research and by each quality index. Automated research cost calculation;

Automated generation of all necessary primary documents;
