The software package "Oil & Capital" is designed to automate acceptance, issue, storage, transfer processes as well as statutory and current flow accounting of oil, oil products, liquefied gas and all kinds of goods at the petroleum storage depots, gas-filling stations (GFS), warehouses and automate workflow of chemical analysis laboratories. The software package includes the following programs:
OIL AND CAPITAL LOADING
The software "OIL & CAPITAL. LOADING" automates the operator workstation for tank-truck oil-loading or rail tanker oil-loading. THE PROGRAM SUPPORTS ALL AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS:
Activation of loading to the required dose.
Oil product filling-up.
Automatic loading shutdown in case of inappropriate earthing, parking position of the vehicle, and turned up tip or automatic shutdown if all conditions are met.
Loading shutdown at the request of the operator.
Emergency shutdown of all risers.
Interruption of loading process.
Resumption of loading after interruption.
The program enables to maintain accounting in weight units in addition to the accounting based on the volume with appropriate support of the automatic filling systems. Also, with the appropriate equipment maintenance, the program displays information on temperature, density, performance, propane ratio, etc.
The program supports authorization and eliminates the risk of loading by unauthorized persons.
The information on fiscal loading counter is available for each of the risers. The program is compatible with the program "Oil & Capital.Accounting" and thus, the operator does not need to enter any data manually, except for filling-up cases.
When making out the consignment notes the loading requirements generated automatically arrive to the program "Oil & Capital. Loading" from the program "Oil & Capital. Accounting". In addition to the loading requirements the appropriate tank and product type information is transferred. The operator only needs to choose the riser for loading and the request corresponding to the loading demand, product and tank. Upon loading completion the data is automatically transferred to the program "Oil & Capital.Accounting" where the operator can view information on the actual amount of filled oil product or gas for each item of the consignment note.
The program supports unlimited number of workstations.
It is possible to connect multiple risers to one tank so as one riser to several tanks (using sliding valves).
The user-friendly interface and display type information allow to control the automatic filling systems of petroleum storage depot or gas filling station efficiently. Supported equipment:
ASN KUP-40, KUP-30, KUP-20 controllers of JSC Prompribor, Livny.
Topaz controllers of LLC Topaz-Energo, Volgodonsk.
Any other program of drain/filling system can be connected at the request of the customer. The program supports the loading systems connected simultaneously from different manufacturers.
