Loyalty program 

The loyalty program is designed for deployment of discounting system in the company's client network as well as all kinds of events and bonus programs using loyalty cards: paper (with bar codes), plastic (with bar codes, electronic (chip, magnetic stripe)) and proximity.

High degree of protection at all stages of system interaction provides the secure conduction of transactions "Family Card" - it is possible to issue an unlimited number of additional cards with one card account (for example, when husband, wife and children share the same card account). In this case all transactions according to the loyalty program are conducted on the main card account, thereby any of the additional cards can be used to identify the customer.

The advantages of proximity cards:

Prolonged service life of the cards that are naturally less worn during the contactless calculations. Usability and speed of payment at gas stations, cafes, hypermarkets etc. Cards and readers are well protected against fraud. First, the cards have internal password protection (for data recording and reading separately). The password is set not for the whole card, but for each of the segments (up to 10 on the Mifare 1K card), providing protection of a piece of information against reading and writing, and the other piece against writing.Secondly, the card readers of our production do not record information transmitted to the card. All information is pre-encoded and enters the card in coded form. Moreover, random data, card IDs recorded by the manufacturer and unchangeable as well as calculated reference values are added to the information. Also, the card provides additional control counting values that should be changed when the data are changed according to the previously known algorithm in such a way that the absolutely identical card operation has data presentation and control values for every application. All that does not give any opportunity to duplicate the card or change the card information in any way (such operations would lead to the card invalidity due to check code failure during card information decoding). Similarly, the data can not be changed at the stage of computer interaction with the reader. The communications links never transmit data, but only its encrypted representation mixed with a set of random data and calculated control values. Even identical operation has a completely different representation every time, i.e. after data duplication and pseudo interchange the system will read all the data as invalid! Similarly, all loyalty center communications with off-line system and ACS of the fuel filling station have encryption coding and additional monitoring. In addition, the customer keeps the card for non-contact payments, reducing the risk of tampering by the staff.
 
Software usage:

Discount cards - the customers are provided with all kinds of discounts expressed as % of the purchase price.
Bonus Cards are similar to the discount cards with the only difference that the customer receives not a discount, but some bonus for the purchased goods. Anything can be used as a bonus. Typically the bonuses are converted into the money equivalent or the products provided, for example, gasoline liters, etc. Alternatively, the uncalled sum can be entered to the customer's card.
Electronic wallets are an electron simulator of paper coupons with regard to multiple use as well as on-line addition/redistribution of amounts/liters on the card.
Multifunction cards are, for example, discount cards with additional accumulation of event bonuses. Incentive program provides increase or decrease of bonuses according to the customer's activity (both in monetary terms by prepayment accounting or status change and as the goods in terms of gifts or free opportunity to purchase the specified quantity of goods or services). In addition, the similar increase and deductions are possible based on acquisition of a certain number (or a certain amount) of goods and services.
Bonus program allows you to raffle a variety of prizes among the program participants (both in monetary terms by prepayment accounting or status change and as the goods in terms of gifts or free opportunity to purchase the specified quantity of goods or services).
