System release OIL products

The BERLIO automated information measuring system controlling oil product issue process, (AIISU TPON) developed by Berlio company has been installed and operated at the fuel filling stations of the Republic of Belarus since 1992. 

At the moment this system is the most popular in Belarus and it is operated in a part of regions of Russia, registered in the State Register of Measuring Equipment of RB and RF and State Register of cash summation registers and computer systems, certified by GosStandard of Russia No 8201 of July 07, 2000 and licensed by GosStandard of Belarus No 725 of July 08, 1999), certified by GosStandard of Belarus No 871 of December 27, 2005).

The system is designed for automation of oil product issue process at the fuel filling stations as well as swift non-cash payments using plastic cards.

Berlio AIISU TPON System is adapted to the mechanical and electrical (single and multi-hose) dispensers of the following manufacturers: 

·   Czech Republic (ADAST series: 895Х, 899Х, 4ХХХ); 

·   United States (WayneDresser - German, Swedish or Turkish assembly); 

·   Germany (TankanlagenSalzkotten GmbH, Scheidt @ Bachmann); Austria (Sclumberger); 

·   Finland (INSTRUMENTOINITI OY (Nestery)); 

·   Russia (Nara "Binmeksan" of 861, 862, 933 series); 

·   to AS24 control system manufactured in Germany; to "String-2M" level gauge (Russia); 

·   for dispensers of other types and manufacturers. 

Berlio system provides: 

·   issue of oil products, goods and services for cash; 

·   issue of oil products in the self-service mode by plastic cards or by bank transfer; 

·   control and accounting of issued oil products in cost, quantity and other information; 

·   issue of checks containing serial number, date of purchase, time of purchase, purchase price, unit serial number, programmable name of commercial enterprise, product name, section ID and cashier code; 

·   reference tape hard copy containing serial number of the check, date of purchase, time of purchase, purchase price, section ID and cashier code; 

·   acquisition of referral information on cash and oil-product management from the operator of fuel filling station; 

·   daily fuel allowance metering and accepted types of oil products; 

·   hard copy of fund application report from the customer; 

·   counterfeit protection of plastic cards, locking of lost cards; 

·   fetch and counterfeit protection of stored information; 

·   Equipment performance testing and retrieval of messages on normal tests with automatic record to the hard disk; 

·   integrity of information in case of total equipment or component failure including power loss; 

·   logging of all actions performed during data updating or booting the system or its components in protected files; 

·   visual control over fuel dispensing equipment of fuel filling station (fuel dispenser conditions, tank fuel level) by the operator.

·   computer PC AT with fiscal data recorder (for Russia) and BIS-2000 or VM 8003 POS (for Belarus); 

·   Payment-crossing point "WS of fuel filling station operator" 

·   Dispenser Control Unit (DCU); 

·   AD230 adapter;

Implementation of Berlio system will allow you to: 

·   cut operating costs; 

·   increase staff labour efficiency and loading capacity of a fuel filling station; 

·   upgrade automation level of petrol stations (operator-independent filling); automate accounting of incoming and issued oil products, consumer goods and related accounting documents and standard reporting forms; 

·   improve the efficiency of control over the work of the fuel station operator. 

Applying of the latest microprocessor component base provided small dimensions, weight and high ergonomic system performance .

The system makes it easy to connect a variety of remote access terminals to receive and process information on sold goods and rendered services including credit cards: Compact remote terminals printing checks and stationary shop cash register, fuel dispenser control unit (CU) at the fuel filling station, shift report printers  

The system can be operated under the following conditions: 

·   relative humidity up to 95% at + 35°C ; 

·   ambient temperature -30°C to + 50°C; 

·   atmospheric pressure 84.0 to 106.7 kPa.

Reading equipment

Plastic card reader (PCR)

It is designed for automatic control of fuel dispensers upon sale of oil products and liquefied hydrocarbon gases by bank transfer using plastic cards of Berlio system (touch-memory-based) as well as by plastic cards utilizing Smart technology.

Used along with the automated issue system for oil products and liquefied hydrocarbon gases. It provides operator-free issue of oil products and liquefied hydrocarbon gases within available dose of plastic card. It increases loading capacity of the fuel filling station (gas filling station) cutting time of service.

It provides:

·   reading and processing of plastic cards;    

·   keyboard input of information on the amount of the requested fuel, fuel type, fuel dispenser number, dump of erroneous information;

·   representation of graphics and text display on LCD display with backlight for night time;

·   audio alarm for operation modes, voice prompts, multiple language support;

·   applicability of built-in modem and thermal printer;

·   applicability of RS-232 or RS-485;
