How to get information on purchased fuel, goods and services?

 Reliable data on facts and sums over transactions involving Berlio e-money can be received using:

1. electronic distribution of the reports certified by electronic digital signature (EDS) to е-mails. To this effect you should fill an additional agreement and notification to submit them to the Billing Center. For more information refer to the site page. Electronic Workflow. 

2. In one of the offices, starting from the 6th business day of the month after the financial month.  In this case, you will get a reference implementation certificate containing detailed description of delivery according to the plastic cards stating delivery date and time, fuel volume and type.  

Information on purchased oil products, goods and services, contract balance, delivered payments, cards under the contract are available on our website in your personal account.
