How to be a client of Berlio
To become a client of Berlio you need to contact one of our offices and sign a service contract. Alternatively, a representative of the company can receive a set of documents in person and give signed contracts back to one of NP LLC Berlio billing centers. Also, you can contact any of our regional representative offices to sign a contract.
You will get the necessary set of documents:
•service contract using Berlio automated system;
•contract for Berlio electronic money purchase with JSC Belgazprombank;
•customer application form - company / customer application form - individual entrepreneur
Signing of a contract

The contract may be signed in one of NP LLC Berlio centers by:
Legal entities - director, deputy director (associate director) who is authorized to sign financial contracts and documents. The documents provided to sign a contract:
Director (head of an organization):
•Full copy of the Corporate Charter;
•Copy of the State Registration Certificate of legal entity (IE certificate for IEs)
•document certifying official powers (a copy of the order or a copy of participants' head assignment meeting decision);
•ID document;
•company details;
•round corporate seal
Deputy Director (Associate Director):
•Full copy of the Corporate Charter;
•Copy of the State Registration Certificate of legal entity (IE certificate for IEs)
•POWER OF ATTORNEY in 2 copies to sign financial contracts (the first copy for JSC Belgazprombank, the second copy for NP LLC Berlio);
•ID document;
•company details;
•round corporate seal.
You can get a set of documents required to sign a contract with NP LLC Berlio in any representative office of the company. The signed set of documents is submitted in person (by the client representative) to the office of NP LLC Berlio.
The documents related to signing of the contract with NP LLC Berlio sent by mail or electronically will not be accepted or registered!
